Custom designed door speaker adapters for a 4"x4" speaker. Fits 1979-1982 Honda Prelude doors. Adapter is meant to screw into existing tabs included on the door from factory. Low profile allows the door card to be put over the adapter and a hole cut. A speaker grill can be installed carefully, be sure to measure before cutting. Be mindful of the type of speaker you are getting as some have large magnets that may interfere with the window glass. There is not a lot of space given between the adapter and the window frame. Washers can be used to space the speaker outward, but may push the door card out. Use caution when installing to not scratch your glass. This design is to mock the honda OEM speaker adapters that came standard on the 81-82 JDM models.
