This is an insert to cover the recovery hook socket on a 13-16 Ford Escape. *might* work on Focus but I don't have any way to check. Support material is required. May require some whittling and fitment with a pocketknife after printing. Mine snapped in without too much trouble. Don't use PLA for this if you expect it to last any time.
