2013-2019 Ford Fusion/Mondeo screwless phone mount

This is a snap-in bracket for the Ford Fusion/Mondeo, designed to fit out of the way and not require any screws! The bracket will snap in, but you may want to gently nudge the radio surround trim a little to prevent breaking the tabs. Initially I printed with PLA, but learned a California Summer pretty much liquidifies PLA. So I tried again with PETG with better results. Drill the holes out on the bracket with a #40 drill bit and tap for a 4-40 or M3, and use either a M3x4 or 4-40 x 1/4" screw to mount together. I did not use inserts or nuts. I included a hole through the push-tab to mount the lower screw (if you are using the slide-on bracketron/Dynex mount like I am). Print at highest 0.12 resolution. I printed at 0.08 with great results and adhesion. Bracket: print with flat side down, enable supports bracketron adapter: print on its side for best strength in the release clip. Hope this helps!
