Description

This is a tie-down insert for a 2017 Toyota Tacoma bed rail. It uses a 1/4 inch threaded eye-hook and a 1 1/2 inch washer. the thing includes a sleeve for the washer so it does not scratch the rail. Thing dimensions are in mm. To install it, screw one nut all the way onto the eye hook, install the washer, install the washer sleelve. put the other nut into the nut-shaped recess in the block and barely screw in the eye-hook until it just catches the nut in the block. Remove the end-plug on the tacoma bed rail and slide the block tinto the rail. place it where you want it on the rail and tighten the eye-hook until the block no longer slides. Replace the end-plug on the rail and you are done. Note that if you want to use an eye-hook that is longer, you can simply adjust the first nut to hold the washer further down the threads. Enjoy!
