Description

Low profile ditch light bracket for 2nd Gen (2005-2015) Toyota Tacoma. Mounts to hood hinges with factory hardware. I printed at 80% infill with tri-hexagon pattern on ender E3 and it has been strong enough. Mounting location gives about 1.5 inches horizontally to the windshield from the center of the bolt hole with the hood up. That said, choose your lights accordingly. Print from a durable plastic (ABS, PETG). I have one from PLA and it's holding up. So, it may be good enough in PLA. UPDATE: The PLA began to sag causing the lights to tilt sideways. I reprinted in ABS with a 0.8 nozzle, 2 walls, 30% infill, and it's holding up to the summer temperatures well. Use at your own risk to persons and property. Install instructions: 1) Remove the upper bolt that mounts the hood to the hinge. 2) Attach ditch light mount crooked and reinstall the bolt. Tighten snugly. 3) Remove the lower bolt and swing ditch light bracket into place. 4) Reinstall lower hood mounting bolt. 5) Torque down both bolts. 6) Install ditch lights 7) Repeat on opposite side.
