BMW wireless charger snapin
Shared by
3DPrintedCarPartDescription
A wireless charging base for my f33 4 series. I suspect it would fit a bunch of others. Note that unless you live somewhere cold, I highly recommend printing in ABS. I printed the first version in PLA and after a day in the hot sun, the lid was warped enough it wouldnt work. The wireless module I took out of a charger they no longer sell on Amazon, but this was the link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NWMI07S Newer versions of this might fit as well. Contact me (here or preferably reddit) if you want me to update the part for a specific charger. Short video and discussion on reddit here: https://www.reddit.com/r/functionalprint/comments/dm95ct/bmw_sells_phone_specific_snap_in_adapters_but_not/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x Placement of the adapter works great for my Samsung S9 and iphone 8. Shockingly, the phone stays put, at least for me, YMMV.
