Description

This is a simple case for the Tesla-Android project Use it or tweak it as you like. Assembly (hard to describe - look at the pictures): _ Optional: put the 4 little bases (V1_Feet_4x) in the holes on the lower side of the base (V1_Plate_Bottom) I glue a little piece of felt under them so that nothing can scratch 01. Put the Wall (V1_Wall_Bottom_Inside) in the middle guidance of the base (V1_Plate_Bottom) 02. Insert the side walls (V1_Wall_Top_Outside) carefully through the slots on the side of the middle plate (V1_Plate_Middle) - insert both side walls mirrored to each other (look for the fan hole which needs to be over the big heatsink of the pi) 03. Connect 02 with 01; make sure that the upper nose from (V1_Wall_Bottom) fits in the slot of the middle plate. 04. if needed mount the fans on the side walls 05. mount the two raspberry's on the inside walls (V1_Wall_Top_Inside_x2) mirrored to each other 06. fit the inside walls (with the raspberry's) into the guidance rails of the middle plate 07. Put the top plate (V1_Plate_Top) on 08. carefully cable everything on the lower right there is space for the carplay adapter on the lower left the is space for them modem (I use a short usb extension) between the two raspberry's the is space for the ethernet cable and the HDMI-CSI-2 circuit board. P.S. I added a second version which is smaller at heigh. For that you just need the V2_Plate_Bottom and two of the V2_Wall_Outside You don't need: V1_Plate_Bottom V1_Plate_Middle V1_Wall_Bottom V1_Wall_Top_Outside Much faster to print
