Description

A Ford badge made to replace the front bumper badge of a 2015+ focus st. I made it after I bought a new bumper for a front-end conversion. It was supposed to be temporary but it's been over a year and it's still solid in place. I printed the badge with the ford logo on the top and the pin side on the bed. I think this makes the in-set letters easier to print. Shouldn't really need support for the edge but they wouldn't hurt. Print the pins with the flat tip on the bed. After printing, use some sort of liquid adhesive (glue, epoxy) to attach the pins to the badge. Middle pin in the middle, others on the sides. (I didn't end up using the side pins but they might be useful) Check the holes in your bumper to determine how to orient the pin clasps. (they go vertically so the long sides of the pin should be perpendicular to the logo) The pins are primarily for alignment on the bumper. To attach the badge to the bumper, use some thin double-sided tape or any other form of adhesive you're comfortable with.
