Ford Mustang Mach-E, Anti Dent clip
Shared by
3DPrintedCarPartDescription
The Ford mustang mach-e charger cover flap has a crytical flaw. While the car is charging tha flap is open and someone could collide with it cousing the flap to make a dent in the car. This clip limits the opening size and helps reducing the chance of a dent in your car. Printing: I prited this clip with a 0.3mm layer height. No support is needed. Placing the clip: Open the charger flap fully. insert the hook side of the clip (smallest side of the print) in the small opening marked with A in the provided images. then gently close the flap, but not fully close it. this will leave enough room to wiggle the clip upwards and to slide the thick part of the clip in the clamp of the flap.
