Print with large side to bed and no support or raft should be necessary. Quickly built in FreeCAD based on caliper measured dimensions of the original that no longer fit properly. Test printed for sanity, dimensions tweaked on estimate to improve fit - resulting in this usable version. Ultimately I will probably test again to nail the fit - note that I have not checked for wear on the original door lever. Printed in PLA for ease, I think this should be fairly durable but probably best in ABS or PET/PETG as a guess. I'm going to test my new PETG filament for this as a hopefully long term durable part.
