IPHONE 5/5S - Lightning cable Female to Male CAR DOCK ADAPTER FOR BMW, AUDI AND MORE To use my iPhone 5/5s Snap-In Adapter with the new iPhones, I decided to just use a Lightning Female to male adapter cable for 8 bucks (instead of over 150 bucks). Now I can Plug any iPhone to my Car. Just check the picture. In my example, I used the iPhone 5s Snap-In Adapter for BMW, but will work with all kinds of these adapters. Why - because all kinds of those adapters have a mechanical plug-in detection/switch, so you can't just plug extension cable. This adapter imitates an iPhone 5 (s) with a place for the Lightning female plug and the cable. This will perfectly fit to any Car Adapters. It can may used also for other things. Just surprise me.
