Description

So a common point of failure of the Rugged Ridge soft top frame for the Jeep Wrangler TJ is the "sunroof" or freedom panel hinge that allows the front part of the soft top to flip backwards. After breaking multiple times, and rarely using this feature, I designed a straight non-hinged replacement. Some sanding may be required to fit into the tubes, but we wanted a tight fit. I used 2mm walls, 50% infill. Probably overkill. Printed with PLA+. This object was made in Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/0tvROYbsEHT
