JK Wrangler Fender clip
Shared by
3DPrintedCarPartDescription
I made this to attach my rear fender back onto my JK after a collision with a kangaroo tore off the left hand side fender. I ordered the replacement clips but I need to drive the car before they will arrive. Most of the dimensions are pretty close to the real deal but I did make a few dimensions a little thicker to increase the strength of the part as I wasn't sure if it would be strong enough otherwise. Print with 100% infill, supports, horizontal for better strength at the collar between the two flanges and in ABS or similar strength material that does also bend, so Nylon and PETG will likely work nicely.
