Description

Simple replacement box, that can replace tape deck in Mazda MX-5 (and other Mazda models from the era) 2DIN radio head unit (2001-2005). I used it to mount AUX module plugged into the CD-changer port and added a cheap BT reciever. Replaced PCB in the tape deck front panel to mount two 7mm switches that switch the BT on/off as well as control the power antena. All was done without any irreversible changes to the original radio using most of the original screws. If you have any questions about used parts or making process, feel free to contact me.
