Opel Corsa D Headlight back cap for LED bulbs

Most LED bulbs have built-in fans and need some space for ventilation. Unfortunately, fitting H7 LED bulbs in Opel Corsa D was a tight fit and the stock back caps of the headlights didn't provide space for ventilation. I designed some new back caps, that use 40mm fan cover with filter so the bulbs can stay cool, but also dust is kept away from entering the headlight. As I stated before, this is a tight fit and since different manufacturers make headlights for the Corsa, small deviations in dimensions between them might make the 3D printed back caps not fitting. Below is a list of some budget(max price for pair 15euros) H7 LED bulbs I bought from different manufacturers. -NOVSIGHT-NIGHTEYE: High quality bulbs but they don't fit. -S2: Too long in the front, they push the reflector. Also they have a short lifespan. (not recommended) -H9 fanless bulbs: They fit easily but they are low quality and low brightness. -C6: Nice cold white and pretty bright but they are a bit too long and push the reflector. Decent quality -Auxito C7: A bit pricey but they are a perfect fit and very bright! (highly recommended).
