Description

A centre console to suit the Toyota Landcruiser VDJ79 series utes. Printed in 3 parts. The front section has a pen/pencil cavity, drink holder, glasses/specticles cavity, a dual usb charge socket, a business card dispenser. The rear section has a mobile phone cavity, a lift out utilities tray, and a hidden storage cavity. The two main sections are joined together via a dovetail joint. It is designed to go between the existing console and the existing drink holder. No modifications needed to the vehicle. Designed to be printed with support, PETG is probably the most suitable material. PLA would print well but the heat inside a closed car on a hot day may distort the console. If you are interested in changing this to suit yourself, here is the link to the Onshape drawing. https://cad.onshape.com/documents/ab5ac5ede95d92ea97a814d8/w/7de69a3cc6072525ca3e054b/e/c0584aa3456e3322e7f8933a 2 February, 2017. Added a revised rear section which increases the clearance around the hand brake mounting bolt. I have also included a pdf drawing with dimensions. These are large prints and take a long time as shown in the photos.
