Description

This is a replacement Throttle/Accelerator Linkage bushing for the Jaguar XJS, but should also fit the XJ12. Tested this on my 88 XJS and it works beautifully. Print in TPU or similar flexible if at all possible. Included are two files for TPU: One is a bit thicker and longer than the other, but takes a bit more work to install, but works great if your mounting hole is slightly worn, like mine. The standard TPU file is easier to install and works great but there may be a little bit of play depending on your car. If you have to print in a solid material, I've included a file for PETG that seemed to work for a few months on my car. PETG is fuel/oil resistant and more heat resistant than PLA so that's my recommendation if you have to use it, or possibly ASA. Don't recommend it long-term but it's fine for a short-term fix. I recommend spraying some oil or lube onto the bushing and the linkage hole to make it easier to install, should just push in fairly easily after that.
