Description

The Alpine A110's interior storage is… limited, to say the least. The built-in cup holder isn't really a cup holder — it's so shallow that anything in there will fall out under normal driving. This is a cup holder "extension" that slots into the shallow cup holder to let you carry bottles etc without them falling over. Field tested up to 0.75g! It has an inner diameter of 70mm, designed to fit the 500ml bottles we have here in Sweden, which all seem to be 66mm wide. The outer diameter of this cup holder is designed to be 3mm narrower than the inner diameter of the car's cup holder. I used three sections of the thin sticky rubber strips that come with the IKEA BETYDLIG curtain rod holder, but any rubber strip ~3mm thick should work. Alternatively, you could drill through and bolt it down. The print pictures are at the lowest/fastest quality preset I had. Printing it at a higher quality will of course get a much neater print.
