https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k_zTgN8aXaI I made this specially for my toyota corolla 2005. Tested with Samsung Galaxy Tab A. Should work with many other tablets as well. Galaxy Tab A with a silicone cover and glass screen protector is light pressure fitted, so it doesn't slide out. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Recommended print settings: Printed in ABS, perhaps it works for PLA too, not sure. Mirror each piece in your slicer, print in same orientation as shown in the video for best result. I recommend a brim, heated bed 100C nozzle 235C - or whatever your filament prints best with. Along with kapton tape and ABS juice. Works perfectly for me. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Install instructions: The file named "Tablet Holder - Holder" should be fused together by applying acetone to the surface that made contact with the buildplate during printing, then press the two pieces together with your hands, while also pressing it up against a table that isn't bumpy. - this will make sure the two pieces align properly. After a minute or two doing this you can release the two pieces and let the acetone dry and fuse the two pieces together. For final application apply "No more nails 120kg double sided tape" or similar, to the two pieces named "Skinne" you should be able to make out how I applied it from one of the pictures. Then make sure it is inserted and applied correctly into the ashtray, it should not be too high, or else the tray won't close. You'll know what I mean. Also take note that the tray may open during a bit of acceleration when driving, simple fix is add a tiny piece of "no more nails" to the ashtray piece that prevent the tray from falling out. You can see the tiny piece in the video just as I open the tray, it's red.
