Description

One of the very few things that bothered me about my Audi A4 (B8.5) was that when the centre console lid was in arm rest mode, which is how I have it mainly, the contents of the box is visible to all. So when I saw Marda86's design I was quick to grab it. I've had my 3D printer for a month now and had no prior 3D design experience but I still thought "I wonder". Some time later I had the inlay printed, with working lid and black felt covering. I borrowed the logo from 3dexcel as a final touch. All in all I'm quite pleased with it so thanks guys. I printed the lid and frame separately then carefully clipped the lid into the hinges on the frame which is relatively tight fit so the lid stays in position when used.
