BMW Z4 Head Light Washer Nozzle Sprayer Ball
Shared by
3DPrintedCarPartDescription
A ball from my head washer just pop out when I activated it. So I made a new one taking the dimensions and replicating it on Solidworks. Depending on the finishing of your print maybe you will have to open the nozzle a bit with a drill or something similar to allow water to pass correctly. I made mine in PLA and glued it to the Sprayer with SIKA water resistant composite. My ball holder had a crack so the ball would fall with the first headlight wash.
