Description

I was frustrated by having the Hybrid EV charging cable and "brick" lying around on the floor, so I quickly drew up a holder for the charging brick. For wall mounting you can also add some washers between wall and holder, so the Charger stays nice and cool. The charger is probably comparable or the same for all of VWs Hybrids for the current model year 2021 / 2022 (so e.g. VW GTE, Skoda Octavia RS iV, Cupra Formentor, etc.). Additionally I used the the nice EV Type II Plug and Cable Holder from mat_neu27 -- > https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4153588 Printing: The part is cut in half to ensure printing without a lot of supports. I recommend laying the parts on the side wall (without the hexagonal cutouts). In that case you will just need some supports for the first few layers, depending on your layer height. My settings (Cura): - Nozzle Size: 0.5mm - Layer Height: 0.4mm - Printing Speed 60mm/s (1st layer 30mm/s for adhesion) - 3 walls - 15% infill Gyroid - Support overhang Angle: 55 - 60 degrees Printing time ~3.5 hours per part.
