My jump post cap was broken when i bought my car. Of course you can buy a new one. Printing it in the color of my choice is what i like. I made 3 models. model_1 = like original model_2_easy_print = like model_1, only i made some adjustments so i needs less support cap_only = part to push over original, only replacing the cap that boke off in my case I printed in PET, because of heat resistance and stronger at the hinges.
