Description

I wanted to use an OEM BMW shift knob with my Fanatec Shifter, but I couldn't find an adapter to go from the M12 thread on the shifter to the BMW slip rod. I took some measurements and created this, which screws on to the Fanatec shift lever and then the BMW knob pressure fits on top. It's a pretty tight fit, and the BMW knob doesn't move or turn when using it. I printed this using 100% infill which is probably not necessary, but I wanted to make sure it was strong. I used PETG however my guess is PLA would also work just fine. No supports necessary, printed with the threaded portion on the build plate. WARNING/DISCLAIMER: This was not designed for use in a real car. If you try to use it in a real car, I'm not responsible if it breaks or comes loose. If it breaks on a racing simulator that will be annoying, but not potentially life-threatening.
