Description

This replaces Ford Part Number N806363-S. You might have to resize to your application. Redoing the headliner on my '97 Ford Ranger, several panel clips broke. These were particularly problematic, and trips to the junkyard resulted in more broken clips. I originally tried to remake the part exactly as OEM, but it was difficult to print, too thin, and too fragile. I made this part to be easier to print and thicker in certain places to add strength. I printed on its side in.12 resolution and 25% infill with supports. I recommend printing in PETG or ABS or Nylon if you can (the original part is nylon).
