Holder for extra screens on Ford EcoSport
Shared by
3DPrintedCarPartDescription
I installed 4 cameras on my Ford EcoSport, 2 in front and 2 at the back, for parking aid, and 2 monitor screens inside the car. Normally 2 cameras in the front are displayed. The 2 at the back are only activated when the gear is reversed. This is the reason why only 2 monitor screens is needed. To attach the 2 screens on the console, I printed this thing. There is OpenScad file available for you to modify for your specific need. For my case, the screens, attached to this thing, are installed below the air-conditioner knob, just in front of the logo "Sync Microsoft". I use double sided sticky tape to stick 3 corners of this thing to 2 plastic sides and the rubber cover below. The wires for the screens come out from a gap between the rubber cover and the plastic console. You may want to print using black - in the picture I used white for printing to highlight the thing.
