Description

I use Lenovo Tab 7 tables as a GPS and e-book reader with @Voice Aloud by Hyperionics.com (A superb app that keeps me sane during my commute! Check it out here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hyperionics.avar) in a Honda Odyssey. I tried multiple mounts for that tablet and phones, none were good enough, the last one nearly pulled out the CD player face plate. So, I made a holder that fits into the panel shelf/cavity. It holds in the cavity well enough. There is a lip I planned to heat and bend out to work as a spring retainer, but left it flat as is. Turned out it was not really necessary, a few napkins folded around the insert keep it in place just fine. Here is the original project. https://a360.co/2G3YhGz Holder would fit any tablet that is 112 mm wide, up to 10 mm thick. I made the hole for the power and volume buttons for Lenovo Tab 7. Other tablets may fit as well.
