I have a Jeda "V2" wireless charging pad for my Tesla Model 3 that is not quite compatible with the iPhone 12 series of phones. They have since released a "V3" that is natively compatible. This adapter raises the resting place for the iPhone slightly so that the Qi charger lines up better on the V2. No need to replace the whole charging pad! I have tested it on the iPhone 12 and 12 Pro. In theory it could help with any mobile phone that needs to be raised up on the charging pad by ~10 mm.
