My Kia Rio has an issue where by the boot release button (which is rubber) has now perished leaving the micro switch exposed to the elements. This Thing is a quick and easy print to allow the boot release to work whilst protecting the microswitch. The edge of the material is thin so that its a bit flexible. The replacement button can be glued in with Rubber glue, (along the thin edges). This will allow the button to be pressed and keep the electronics safe from the elements. This hasnt been tested long, and only during cold weather. Being PLA it may not stand up to well in hot summers.
