Lotus Elise, Exige door mounted phone holder
Shared by
3DPrintedCarPartDescription
The Lotus Elise/Exige platform has very limited space for loose items in the car. I have designed this holder for a magnetic phone base to hold the phone in a visible position without any modifications needed to the vehicle. There are two files, one for the Naztech magnet and one for a generic round magnet. This design is for RHD. For LHD you will need to mirror it in your slicer. Print was sanded and then covered in 3 coats of two part epoxy. Sanded agin, primed, painted in matching colour and then clear coated. There is a hole in the back to glue in a 5mm bolt to add rigidity and strength to the holder. Double side tape to the door.
