Mazda 3 Roof rack hole plug
Shared by
Michael ChenDescription
I lost the decorative plugs that cover the holes where roof racks attach to my 2005 BK Mazda 3. I modelled the one OEM plug I hadn't lost and 3D printed it in FDM on a Markforge in carbon fibre Onyx. I'm sure it would work with other materials but try to make it UV stabalised in some way. Perhaps Painting it would do the trick? They fit well if not a little tight. They don’t have an arrow on the top surface like on the OEM version. They print well upside down with the large flat surface on the bed platform.
