Mazda MX-5 ND phone holder

My very first upload, hope someone finds it useful. This is a phone holder I designed for my friends Mazda MX-5, never really planned on uploading it, but he put up a picture of it online and someone asked for the files so I thought I might aswell drop it here for everyone. It also seems to double up nicely as a place to hang your air freshner. Originally I wanted to make the phone tray adjustable so it can take a wider variety of phones, but was asked to make it slim and without moving parts to fit a Pocophone F1 in a case... don't you just hate when people meddle with your creative vision? At least I managed to smuggle through an easy to replace tray option. I designed it around nuts and bolts that I had available and to make the assembled version look good, but the button head bolt can be replaced with a normal socket cap and it will still work fine. The main joint between the mounting arm and swivel adaptor takes a M6x25mm button head and a M6 nylock nut, while the tilt joint uses a M6x18mm socket cap with a M6 nylock nut. The phone tray takes two M4x6mm flat countersunk bolts, that screw directly into plastic and the bolts are 15mm apart (center to center), in case you want to make your own tray. The piece of foam stuck to the side on the pictures is to dampen some rattle during driving, the holder is stiff when assembled, but the accessory port on the side of the central tunnel not so much. I sliced it with Prusa Slic3r standard PETG settings, the swivel and tilt adaptors are 100% infill, while the main arm and phone tray were either 20 or 30% (can't remember exactly) and with modifiers for 100% infill around the bolt areas to prevent the plastic from caving in under the tension. Printed it on my Prusa MK2.5 with some generic white PETG.
