Mercedes Benz 560 SEL Mittelkonsole Verschluss

This spare part is for the center console with wooden blind of a Mercedes 560 SEL (C126). Unfortunately, the side guides tend to break off after so many years. Getting the spare part from Mercedes is as good as hopeless. So a friend who owns this vehicle asked me if I could print it for him. I would be happy if others could also participate. I designed the part with Fusion 360 based on the original. The first test print (shown in the photo with the white part) still has small errors, but the final file is successfully installed in the vehicle and works perfectly. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of it. I also added the.step file to facilitate modifications for a similar vehicle type. Dieses Ersatzteil ist für die Mittelkonsole mit Holzrollo eines Mercedes 560 SEL (C126). Leider brechen die seitlichen Führungen gerne ab nach so vielen Jahren. Das Ersatzteil bei Mercedes zu bekommen ist so gut wie aussichtslos. Daher hat ein Freund der dieses Fahrzeug besitzt mich gebeten ob ich das nicht für ihn drucken könnte. Ich würde mich freuen wenn andere auch davon partizipieren können. Ich habe das Teil mit Fusion 360 nach dem Original konstruiert. Der erste Testdruck (Zu sehen auf dem Foto mit dem weißen Teil) ist noch mit kleinen Fehlern aber die finale Datei ist erfolgreich im Fahrzeug verbaut und funktioniert einwandfrei. Leider habe ich vergessen ein Foto davon zu machen. Außerdem habe ich die.step Datei hinzugefügt um Modifikationen für einen ähnlichen Fahrzeugtype zu erleichtern.
