Description

I designed these for my Wife's car. 2021 Rav4. There are two files. Rav4 steel center cap clip friction - This one clips onto the wheel. I would suggest a rubber or wooden hammer or something like that. Its pretty tight. I used this one for the back wheels because we don't have AWD. No axles on the back. Rav4 steel center cap axle twist on- This one threads onto the axle of the wheel. The threads on the axle cut into the printed material. I suggest lubricating the axle threads with a little grease or WD40 to make it screw on easier. I used this one for the front, but it may work on the back as well if you have AWD and the axle size is the same. This type has to be removed before the wheel can be removed. IMPORTANT: I designed the internal ring that screws onto the axle with its own support. I'm not sure how difficult it will be to remove so you may have to trim it down a little. The inner ring should recess into the cap so that the outer ring sits flush with the wheel. I printed with a brim. You can use supports if you want but my Ender 3 didn't really need them. I've only Printed them in PLA, but a more durable material with better temperature resistance might work better.
