Tesla Model 3 Jack Pad Set with Box
Shared by
3DPrintedCarPartDescription
This set of Tesla Model 3 Jack Pads has tabs that hold the Jackpad in the car frame while you maneuver your jack into position. It even has a compact box to hold a set of 4. Carry them with you and never worry about a mechanic punching a hole in your battery again! The Jackpads can be made with or without the tabs. If no tabs, then it can be printed flat without supports. If printed with tabs, its best to print on the side with supports so the tabs are stronger and can bend without breaking. The Jackpad Box requires two of the box halves to be printed. There are 3 options available that can be mixed and matched however you want. One file is unthreaded, one has 1/4-20 thread, and one has M6 thread. You can print two unthreaded halves and hold them together with a screw and a nut, or you can print one unthreaded and one threaded half and just need one 2 inch / 50 mm screw to hold it together. The threads print well on a well-tuned printer, but depending on your print quality you may need to run a tap through when done to clean it up. Print Settings: 100% Fill 3 Perimeters Material: PLA/ABS/PETG Printed with white Hatchbox PLA on Prusa i3 mk3. Designed in OpenSCAD.
