Description

My new Toyota Auris MY17 comes without a phone holder suitable for the size of today's smartphones. The only place I can keep it, is in the cans holder or in the closed compartments. So I've replaced the central cans holder divider with a phone stand. I've designed three version, two for iPhone6/7, with and without original Apple protective cover, and one presumably universal. The iPhone stand can accommodate the phone only in a vertical position. The one intended for naked iPhone can safely hold the phone upside-down without damaging the camera lens. The universal one can hold any size up to 10 mm in thickness, in vertical or horizontal position. Disclaimer: This phone stand is not intended for a phone to be used with the screen running, such as for monitoring the vehicle parameters with an OBD link, because its location distracts the driver by putting him under risk for himself and for others. So, use this stand only for phones which should not be watched while driving.
