Description

These bushes are not made anymore, only for a new type of bracket which costs +- 100 euro in my location or for different sizes. There weren't any models available on thingiverse that are the correct size for my (standard 93') stabalising bar so I made this model to share with you all. Since I only recently enherited the volvo 240 from my dad and I don't have alot of budget to get this car going I had to improvise and use shore 95A TPU to see if this would make a proper replacement part. I test driven the car Italian test drive style and must say it was a very good upgrade compared to the worn bushes. The fitment is great, installment was very easy. No need to temper the model or the final print in my case. Print settings (Printed on modified Ender 3) Material: Shore 95A TPU (brand is Polymaker, Polyflex TPU95) Layer height: 0,2 mm Infill 100% Printing temperature 225 degrees C Build plate temperature 50 degrees Print Speed: 15 mm/s Wall speed: 7,5 mm/s Travel speed 150 mm/s Retraction distance: 2 mm Retraction speed 25 mm/s Cooling enabled: 75% Printed with a skirt. If you would like to support me in getting this 240 back on the road, below is a paypal link. Donating is not required as its a free STL, but any donations are much appreciated! https://www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=KRFLZ6CSBJS3L
