Description

This headlight adapter is designed for enabling the retrofitting of the official Osram Night Breaker H7 LEDs. This Adapter is fully ready for use. The developement is still in progress: the LED cooler is uncovered, yet. It fits the model Vauxhall/Opel Zafria A. The original H7 holder will use as electric adapter. Due to the heat generated by the LED, the proximity to the engine and the warming of the car when it is parked in direct sunlight, I recommend using a heat resistant material, ideally ABS! Look for more experience in German Zafira forum. I managed to successfully print the parts first try using temperatures of 240°C/100°C for ABS (on a PEI, printer is in a fully closed inhousing), 50% infill, no raft and no brim on my Creality CR6-SE in about 66min each, Feedback in forum has been consistently positive so far. I look forward to further feedback:) Good luck!
