Description

This is a speaker adapter for tweeters & 4-inch speakers in my 991 911. The 4" adapters fit both the door 4" mids & the rear 4" mids. You'll need the Burmester grills (or modify your Bose or SPP grills) to use this tweeter mount. There are 4" versions for the Dayton Audio RS100 and RS100p speaker, and the Dynaudio E430. The E430 drawing has insets for 3mm bolts, to allow easy mounting (no drilling & tapping holes for the speaker, like on the DA adapter). The tweeter adapter is for a Dynaudio MD-102 tweeter. It comes in two pieces; otherwise the overhangs are too severe to print. You join the two pieces together with adhesive before mounting the speaker. You'll also need to remove the tweeter from the shell it's shipped in; use an Allen wrench to unscrew the bolt, and it'll drop right out.
