Car Stereo Adapter - Subaru Forester OEM to Pioneer AVH-1500NEX

Replaced the stock model CP 625U1 double DIN stereo (w/o NAV) in my 2011 Subaru Forester 2.5X Premium with the Pioneer AVH-1500NEX but the new deck was smaller so I needed an adapter to cover the open space around the deck. Didn't want to pay for the Metra 95-8902 Double DIN Installation Kit so I just made my own. Could potentially work for other Foresters (or even other Subaru's) in the 2009-20016 era, or even remixed to fit other models/years. Shown printed in RED for demo purposes, I printed the actual unit in black to match the stereo console. Was planning to use the leftover bracket mounting screws from the original deck to secure it to the new deck but it fit so well that it held in place fine without any screws. ***SIDE NOTE: If you're looking for the wiring connector for this model Subaru, it requires the Metra 71-7552 Radio Wiring Harness or equivalent. You'll also need the iDatalink Maestro ACC-USB2 USB Adapter Cables to connect the built-in USB & AUX ports. And if you want to retain the steering wheel controls, you'll need a separate module for that as well.
