Golf 4 Mountpoint for Smartphone mount
Shared by
3DPrintedCarPartDescription
This print clips in the compartment above the radio and has a very firm fit. (may scratch some surfaces but Golf4 are old enough that thats probably not a problem????) It has a hole to fit a USB cable through with a bit of a holding notch so the surplus cable length can be stowed in the compartment and won't be tugged out of it while driving. You may want to edit the size of the hole... The ballmount can be swapped with your own design and i used PT2.5x25 screws. (Often found in old electronic devices with plastic housings) The part that fits in the compartment is printed on its side for strength and a Material thats a bit more temperature resistant is probably a good idea for the summer, i printed it with PLA but it´s still winter...
