After lost my cap lid I designed this thing. Used Fusion 360. Part number is F014002520. fit on Honda civic "UFO" 8g (2005-2011) and Mazda 6 (2002-2007) (maybe other generation, I don know). Lid is without seal print it with TPU or use simillar diameter any seal/rubber...
