Description

This is not an easy part to print. Please read through details and watch video before trying to print. See video @ http://dai.ly/x6f6zqt ![3D Printed H Honda front grill emblem for 2nd generation CRV](http://dai.ly/x6f6zqt) Yes, this is a remix of the Honda Key Chain. The key ring hole was removed, it was resized and threads were added using Metric Screw Thread Library http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:31363 Support Material settings Type = Grid Pattern spacing = 7mm Infill Angle = 90 degrees (the 45 degree default makes my Y axis move a bit funky) Interface Layers = 9 layers X and Y Distance = 2.5mm (you might be able to go 2mm but less than that and you will probably goober the threads) Z Gap = 6 layers
