Intake Tube / Hose Plug (ASC Delete) for BMW vehicles
Shared by
3DPrintedCarPartDescription
Plug designed for the ~17mm hole in the intake elbow, commonly needed to plug the extra hole on the new intake boot when deleting the ASC throttle body on e36 or Z3. Dimensions are based off of the original hose barb, which is a very tight fit, and just about perfect in ABS which it should be printed in anyway (or better yet nylon). Once in it's not coming out easily. It can be scaled to pretty much any size that might be needed. I also included "long" version which incorporates a stuffing reaching 40mm deep to take up most of the remaining dead space in a Mishimoto silicone boot. Not sure if this will work in the Samco boot (pretty sure it's not needed in the oem one), but if someone lets me know how deep those would need to be i can make adjustments. Doing a CCV delete / PCV catch can install? Check out my CCV Delete Hose Adapter Kit for BMW vehicles: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2941705
