Mercury Mountaineer rear seat switch housing
Shared by
3DPrintedCarPartDescription
Last year the switch housing for my 2008 Mountaineer broke when the load of plywood i was hauling slid and was resting on top of it. This is not a part that is easily replaced. The switches themselves are held with a wedge shaped "snap fit" design that is guided and supported by slots. These were carefully measured with a micrometer and transferred to the design (tolerancing added to allow for thermal expansion). This may work for any powered rear seats on the Mercury or Ford models.
