Nissan LEAF gen2 16" wheel aero covers
Shared by
3DPrintedCarPartDescription
I created a nissan leaf aerodynamic hole covers for better mileage. It fits the stock 16" rims as on the picture. 1 version with clips is for small hole only.. as for bigger hole I could not create a fixing that would stay on.. I might do something with the center cap fix later.. The best and easiest solution(what I printed and used) is to silicone complete parts on, the only downside to this is when you have to remove the wheel you also have to remove covers.. One version is the flat one and one is with the golfball type texture. I printed the smooth ones since they are way faster to print. There is also 1 part with valve hole. I printed in PETG 0.2 layer, 2bottom layers,0 top layers, 4%infil with infill line multiplyer 3, 100m/s print speed with no slow layers, and 80m/s for walls 14grams and 40min print time.
