Description

This is a 3D printed spacer to be used on the roof of a Ram Promaster van when installing a Maxxair fan. The ribs of the van's roof require some sort of spacer unless you want to fill the gaps with large amounts of sealant. Spacers are available online for $50 but these do the job just fine for much less. Most locations will probably use 6 rib spacers. My van is the extended version and I decided to place the fan right next to the seam between the roof panels so I needed the additional U shaped spacer to fit in that location.I used petg but the Silicone 2 I used to seal the vent doesn't really stick to it so ABS might be better. It's encased in sealant so it shouldn't be a problem either way.
