Shift Knob Remix for Reverse Lockout Shifters no logo

The original design is great, but I own a Forester and wanted a version without a logo. This should work great with the bottom section from Dingoboy71. Also added a bottom section that uses M3 heat set threaded inserts. I wanted to try making the sphere uninterrupted by the captured nut and bolt end. A 3mm long heat set insert is adequate and will hold really well.
