Description

Designed a holder/charger that fits in the little coin tray next to the shifter of the 2nd gen Toyota Tacoma 2005-2015. I added space to insert one of the wireless charging chips you can get from China. I got mine from AliExpress for about $4. Currently the wireless chip is hot glued in while I work out any kinks. I'll re-evaluate this when summer hits. The pad fits phones with cases up to 165mm x 84mm or ~6.5in x 3.3in. I had some concerns that the top heavy design might slip out of the tray so I added sand into the base while it was printed. This may not have been necessary since it fits pretty snug into the tray. I printed this on its side as the layer lines help add to the carbon fiber look. There are 2 models, 'Tacoma Tray Charger Carbon' is what is pictured that I printed for my truck before having the idea for 'Tacoma Tray Charger TRD' where I added a TRD logo to it.
