Description

Tesla lug nut cap upgrade (my opinion) from the ones that come with the 'Model 3 Aero Wheel Cap Kit' found in the Tesla store. The center caps are quite nice, but the lug caps are super cheap and thin (though they look fine). I've included a picture with a mix of original caps and printed. I was pleasantly surprised with the way these turned out. I used ABS to help withstand exposure and did a glow in the dark on black for color (would love to see other color combos). I doubt the glow will ever show up, but looks pretty cool when I charge it up with a light. For each lug, print a base, letter cap, and then letter insert. Place the base on your lug first, orient the cap the way you want it and then press on to secure. Readjust if needed. Shout out to Elon, thank you for this amazing vehicle! The Tesla Model 3 is everything and more than I hoped. Tips much appreciated if you enjoy! Notes. You'll still need the kit from the Tesla store for the center caps. The letter A insert consists of the a.stl + e.stl. The letter E is three of the e.stl combined. *Edit* 9-16-18 Added Tesla Logo as a cap choice and also a blank one.
